RETURN & REFUNDS
Due to the personal care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Please be
aware that we can only issue a replacement or refund if the product received is:
1. Broken/Missing/Damaged
· We love and respect the products we make at Treza, so we personally do every possible quality check and wrap our products carefully, so that they reach you in their best condition. However, in case you notice any problem with the state of your Treza product when it is delivered, contact us immediately and we will find a solution.
· Within 24 hours of receiving the broken/missing/damaged product, do send us an image and videos of the same at trezawhippedsoap@gmail.com along with your name and order number. Please understand that without receiving pictorial proof, we cannot initiate a replacement, refund or take any further action. In case of a refund, only the product purchase price will be refunded, shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Wrong Orders
· If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name at trezawhippedsoap@gmail.com with (Subject – WRONG ORDER) and we will look into the matter at the earliest.
· If you are unsatisfied with any product, kindly reach out to us at trezawhippedsoap@gmail.com along with your concerns and order number. We highly advise you to conduct a patch test before using any product. In case of allergies or skin irritation, immediately discontinue use.
3. Cancellation Policy
· Our products are always delighted to be in your company, but if for some reason you wish to cancel your order with us, you can notify us and we will issue a refund. However, the cancellation should be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, we won’t be able to cancel your order. Kindly send us an e-mail at: trezawhippedsoap@gmail.com with (Subject- CANCEL ORDER) your Order Number and we will process your cancellation.
